AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization, managed and composed exclusively of individuals aged 18-30, with a presence in over 120 countries and territories. Its mission is to develop leadership skills in young people through intercultural exchanges. These exchanges can be either volunteer or professional internships, aiming at personal and professional development while simultaneously creating a positive impact on society. Since 2015, AIESEC has collaborated with the United Nations to achieve Sustainable Development Goals.
AIESEC in Greece has a physical presence in more than 7 universities across the country and is continuously expanding. In the last 2 years alone, 2000 young people have participated in our programs, and today we have over 300 active members in our organization.

Η AIESEC Ελλάδος έχει φυσική παρουσία σε πάνω από 7 Πανεπιστήμια σε όλη την Ελλάδα και συνεχώς επεκτείνεται. Μόλις τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια 2000 νέοι έχουν συμμετάσχει στα προγράμματά μας και σήμερα μετράμε πάνω από 300 ενεργά μέλη στον οργανισμό μας.
The process is very simple. Log in to aiesec.gr according to the program you want to participate in.
Of course, if you belong to a different educational system, you can still express interest and be served by the AIESEC team.
The applications for new members are open twice a year: January and September.
If it’s the recruitment period, you can register at https://aiesec.gr/join/ so that your details are visible to the respective team at your university. They will be able to guide you better and provide more information.
In case it’s not the recruitment period, you can follow our social media, Facebook and Instagram, to stay informed about when the applications will open.
It’s not mandatory to become a member to participate in our programs, but it would certainly help you understand the culture of AIESEC and how we develop leadership in young people. This way, your details will be visible to the local committee’s team, and they can guide you more effectively and provide personalized information.
As a member of AIESEC, you can engage in three areas:
Incoming Exchanges: Close collaborations with organizations, assist participants of programs in their experience in Greece.
Outgoing Exchanges: Help interested individuals find the right program for them, support participants throughout their experience.
Marketing: Conduct activities to inform about our exchanges, represent AIESEC in the external environment.
As a member, you can expect to make an impact on society, develop both soft and hard skills, and connect with like-minded individuals.
